About

Bárbara Regina Ribeiro

Consultant and trainer in artificial intelligence, technology strategy and business transformation.

I work at the intersection of technology and business. My job is to make artificial intelligence stop being a promise and become a real capability inside organisations: clear strategy, trained teams, modernised processes and better-informed decisions.

As a corporate trainer I have delivered more than two thousand hours of applied training for organisations such as IBM, Indra, FCC Aqualia and the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in programmes covering generative AI, AI-assisted software development and DevOps strategy. As an expert in AI and European digital infrastructure I have collaborated with the European Commission, which gives me first-hand insight into the regulatory and technology framework ahead.

My technical specialisation covers generative AI and large language models (including on-premises deployment of open-weight models), intelligent process automation, agent integration and the modernisation of development teams. All of it under one non-negotiable principle: compliance with the EU AI Act and the GDPR is designed in from the start, not patched on at the end.

That crossing of European institutions, major corporations, academia and innovation and investment ecosystems is what allows me to translate technology complexity into decisions a leadership team can understand, prioritise and execute. It is also the foundation of the BRR Ecosystem: a collaboration network of companies, technology partners and talent, open to every sector.

Vision

AI should help us decide better, not replace strategic thinking.

Technology does not transform a company just by being available. It transforms when it connects with judgement, culture, processes, people and business goals. My work is turning that connection into direction, capability and real opportunity.
