Frequently asked questions

What companies ask before getting started.

What does an AI consultant do for companies?

An AI consultant analyses the company's processes, data and goals to identify where AI adds real value, designs a prioritised implementation roadmap, trains the teams and supports adoption with metrics and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act and GDPR).

How long does it take to implement artificial intelligence in a company?

A serious diagnosis is completed in weeks, and a first measurable pilot can be running within one or two months. Full adoption depends on the organisation's digital maturity, but the phased method proves value from the start without waiting years.

What is the EU AI Act and how does it affect my company?

The AI Act is the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation: it classifies AI systems by risk level and imposes obligations on transparency, human oversight and documentation. Every European company using AI must know which category its systems fall into; building compliance in from the design stage avoids penalties and rework.

Is AI training only for technical profiles?

No. Programmes are designed by profile: leadership (judgement and decision-making), technical teams (AI-assisted development, model deployment) and operations (productivity and automation). Real adoption happens when the whole organisation shares a common language about AI.

Do you work with companies from any sector?

Yes. The method is cross-sector and the experience spans industry, food, public administration, technology services, water and energy, education and more. Every sector has its own priority use cases, and that is exactly where the diagnosis begins.

Next step

A 30-minute strategic conversation.

Context, priority and next decision. If it makes sense to move forward, we define how. If not, both sides will know soon.
